Mr. Satiija, an Electronics Engineering graduate has close to three decades of entrepreneurial, manufacturing, trading and mining experience. His fortitude and forward-looking outlook combined has propelled a business empire spanning globally. Under his leadership, the Sun & Sand Group of Companies was setup in Guyana, and Africa, which has a welter of mining interests across the continent. He is a recipient of the various prestigious awards like Entrepreneur of Year Award at the Africa International Business Forum (AIBF), 2014. In 2012 he was honored by Human Achievers Foundation (HAF), in association with Indian Council for UN Relations (ICUNR) and Africa India Partnership Association (AIPA), for his endeavors in international business and contribution in the field of manufacturing, imports and exports of metals. His vision is to acquire and develop world class mineral assists into low cost productive mines.

Ravi Sharma is a geologist and an international expert in mineral resource evaluation and mining. In his successful career spanning more than 23 years, he has held several senior positions such as Chief Geologist – Barrick Gold Mines in Tanzania, Mines Manager and Chief Geologist – Vedanta’s Gold Mines in Armenia, and Head of Mineral Resources Estimation – ACC Ltd, India.

In 2011, Bedrock Mineral Resource (BMRC) was established by Ravi as an independent consultancy firm based in Dubai. In addition to his profile as Managing Director – BMRC, over the years Ravi’s professional portfolio has included his responsibilities as Consulting Manager Resource with European Uranium Resources Ltd, Canada; as Associate Principal Consultant with SRK, USA; as Principal Resource Consultant with Alara Resources Ltd., Australia and as Advisor Geology with Essar Minerals, India.

Recently, Ravi has also taken up responsibility as CEO of Minvest LLC, Oman. He is a founder member aspiring to develop and promote the Mineral and Mining Industry in the Sultanate of Oman.

During his eventful career in the global mineral resource and mining Industry, Ravi has presented and published several technical papers on mineral resource estimation, QA/QC and exploration data management. His credentials include Registered Membership of SME in United States, and Chartered Professional membership of AusIMM. He is a Qualified and Competent person under JORC – Australia, Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and various regulatory authorities worldwide for Mineral Resource Estimate sign-off. These qualifications have taken Ravi to almost every corner of the world. He has travelled to Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Northern Ireland, and several countries in Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and Middle East for geological and resource evaluation assignments. He has considerable experience in multi commodities like Copper, Zinc, Gold, Uranium, Iron ore, Limestone and other industrial minerals.

Michael Mracek

Michael Mracek is a mining engineer with over forty years of experience in the mining industry. He is a seasoned professional and has been involved in all aspects of the industry from conceptual studies and feasibilities to design, construction, and operations. He has worked in Canada, West Africa, East Africa, and the former Soviet Union. Michael is a proven leader with decades of experience working in top management at major mining companies.

His high profile experience includes General Manager – Barrick Gold, COO – Tournigan Energy, Vice President – Wasa Gold Mines, COO – Vedanta ‘s Sterlite Gold, Dy Managing Director – Ashanti Goldfields Limited, General Manger – Royal Oak Mines Inc, Inco Metals (now Vale) and Dickenson Mines (now Goldcrop), Amok Cluff Mining (now Areva). He is an Associate Principal Consultant with SRK Consulting, Vancouver, Canada. His dynamic career includes the supervision of various projects from a successful feasibility study to underground and open pit mine development.

He is a Competent Person in mining under JORC/NI 43-101. Registered as a professional engineer in Ontario, Canada, Michael has a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada (1970).

Michael is a team player and an experienced facilitator who can communicate with governments, investors, communities, and unions. His executive skills have successfully raised company profiles in negotiations regarding mine permitting, closure, and reclamation.

Craig Raynes

Associate Principal Geophysicist

Craig Raynes is a geophysicist with over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, ranging from green-fields exploration through feasibility studies and successfully incorporating geophysics in all stages of the exploration process. Over the course of his career, Craig has worked in Australia, North and Central America, Eastern Europe, Africa and South Asia exploring for the full spectrum of commodities ranging from diamonds, gold, iron ore, base metals and potash. The early formative years of Craig’s career were spent at the Rio Tinto group.

In 2001, Craig established a geophysical consultancy, IndiGEO Consultants Pvt Limited, at Bangalore, India. The consultancy provides exploration services to the mineral exploration industry in South Asia and their services include geophysical field surveys, geophysical data processing and interpretation, satellite image processing and GIS support, specific to exploration projects.

Jozef Cisovsky

Sr. Consultant - QAQC & Resource Geology

Jozef is a geologist with considerable experience in all areas of exploration. His portfolio includes work on multiple aspects of prefeasibility studies focusing in particular on resource modeling, data evaluation, data verification and data computing. His responsibilities have included implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) including but not limited to, collar survey, downhole survey, logging, sampling, Gamma logging, Gamma QAQC, QAQC program for analytical and preparation lab, and determining primary assaying method. He has also been responsible for drill hole planning and optimizing drill plans.
